Funny Luau Beach Words

TE DA LA VIDA ... Etiquette

Never better title for an article.
Some time ago, a friend gave me a number of books on the Liberator Simón Bolívar. I was going through the front of the house of Bolivar, here in San Jacinto, and I found this good friend, Reinaldo, I said it was working there in the Bolivarian Society of Venezuela. I mentioned my fondness for reading and above all, on Bolivar. Hence the gift.
One of these wonderful books are devoted to commemorating the 200 anniversary of the birth of Simón Bolívar. The year was 1983, the last of Luis Herrera Campins, the father of the devaluation of the Venezuelan currency.
occasion of this celebration, Bolivarian Society of Venezuela invited a group of historians BOLIVARIAN, read well: HISTORIANS BOLIVARIAN , to take part in a cycle of conferences organized at the headquarters of this institution.
The inauguration was led by President Herrera Campins. Don Alfredo Boulton, an extraordinary Bolivarian was also part of this lecture.
And if you, my dear readers are interested in learning more about the group of historians of the time speakers, I have no problem in mentioning their names, maybe later.
But I want to get down to business. The reason for this article, is the character who wrote it and it was his contribution to the lecture in question.
and read well: I shall transcribe a paragraph of his lecture. I would transcribe it in full but will later. Lean

well: "... is necessary to design a new international legal order, to regulate the causes of wars and conflicts, this requires a new relationship between rich and poor, powerful and weak states. This involves the collection of a New International Economic Order and a bold trade cooperation where benefits can be reciprocal and poor countries can find their ways to further develop economic and social without violating their sovereignty and we believe that cooperation, negotiation, exchange, dialogue, are instruments that can overcome the conflict and confrontation. This would be the option that Latin Americans have in this hour of our singular historical event, there is convergence on the need for profound changes and build a civilization of solidarity, this historic project (that of Bolívar) is of particular importance to the people of America America and can say that the Bolivarian Doctrine is at this time a path definition and a hope. We have the immense responsibility to defeat poverty, to achieve development social economic in our people through a pluralist, democratic, deep social roots. There is a new task, to redeem the great masses of men and women who encuentarn in abject poverty, backwardness and ignorance. We believe that this task is possible, we can overcome injustice and inequality and we can carry out this historic project for the formation of a new international order. The American revolution is to be done, the Bolivarian thought challenges us. Signs of a new hemispheric policy and a different international relations are encouraging, so we must assume with courage and responsibility to deafie of PEACE. Of peace through the elimination of injustice and inequality, peace for the advancement of civilization and freedom, peace to bring about global solidarity and to outlaw any form of human bondage. Surprised the world by accepting the challenge of peace. ".

I like to be on your mind right now, because I know they will be eager to know who said these words.
The other article is interesting, and leaves aside the famous saying of the Liberator when he said at the Congress of Angostura, "The most perfect system of government is one that produces the greatest amount of happiness, the greatest amount of social security and the greatest amount of welfare."

I will allow time to guess who was the author of these words. Just remember, passed the year 1983 when this took place.
