In Santiago, Haitians have sex in public

The residents of about 42 neighborhoods in the south of Santiago complained that Haitian immigrants have invaded the area, totaling over 100 thousand, organized a "festival de gallo" consisting where a couple have sex in front of a group of people who make a big fuss, screaming and listening to music at high volume.
addition, the president of the Coordinator of Community Organizations in that area, Peter Paul, said that Haitians have very different customs to ours, are crowded and the bathrooms do not have their physiological needs involve droppings in plastic bags and throw them on the roofs of houses and schools. Violations and crime, are also common.
Santiago Community leaders hope to achieve peace of mind and that's why the authorities want to do their job because they know they do not have to enforce quality law.
Community leaders met yesterday with the Director General of Immigration, Jose Ricardo Taveras, and Cy Winter, representing the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Taveras in 5 reported that operating it has done in the past 3 weeks has repatriated over 300 Haitians in that area. Until yesterday it had repatriated more than a thousand Haitians. They hope to have the support of justice and the IOM, which will appeal for support from the international community. (Free Journal
